Tambor del Llano is a splendid showcase of the richness of the landscape of our mountain range; about 5000 people a year stay or participate in the various activities we offer: horse riding, astronomical observation, bird watching, guided tours, visits to the farm and activities of dissemination and environmental awareness.

REVOLT is a trademark registered in the USA for food and cosmetics with the aim of promoting and giving value to products obtained from an environmental, social and cultural awareness, where good practices are accompanied by fair trade to regenerate the social fabric. The first step was REVOLT Real Olive Oil in 2020, under the slogan "Save the Olive Trees" (internal info: the activity is in pause right now, the brand would be ready for the use of Serranías Vivas).
Navalsalado Estate

Finca Navalsalado, located in Olvera (Cádiz), is a family-run agricultural and livestock farm. It is headed by Nieves Palma, a PhD in Cell Biology and researcher by profession, who decided in 2012 to return to her hometown. Her management is geared towards regenerative agriculture and livestock farming. The farm has about 65ha of unirrigated olive groves, with a traditional plantation framework, and an extensive pig farm.
La Gineta Estate

The farm "La Gineta" consists of 230 old olive trees on 4 hectares. I bought the farm in May 2023 and converted it into a regenerative farm with green cover. In the future, I will plant more edible trees and use animals to improve the soil on my farm. In the long term, I would like to build some cabins to offer eco-tourism.

Passionate self-taught in hydrological design. Master in the integral restoration of ecosystems.

Álvaro Bueno Sánchez
Person
Botanical and landscape consultant. PhD in Biology, and specialist in flora and vegetation conservation. He has extensive experience in environmental restoration projects and gardening projects in general (botanical gardens) and with native plants in particular, as well as other land management, mapping and GIS projects. He is currently responsible for the conservation and management projects at Finca Tambor del Llano in Grazalema.
