2. APPLICABLE LAW

This Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such data, the L.O. 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI).

- To respond to your request and provide you with information related to the services provided by ASOCIACION SERRANIAS VIVAS and, specifically, those related to ASOCIACION MEDIOAMBIENTAL

5. LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The categories of data that will be processed for the purposes indicated are as follows:

In principle, our services are not specifically addressed to minors. However, in the event that any of them are addressed to minors under fourteen years of age, in accordance with article 8 of the RGPD and article 7 of the LO3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD), ASOCIACION SERRANIAS VIVAS will require the valid, free, unequivocal, specific and informed consent of their legal guardians to process the personal data of minors.
