New Project: Live Pastoralism

One of the main lines of work we do in Serranías Vivas is to prevent the closure of livestock farms by promoting and facilitating access to livestock and generational replacement. This time, we have the great support of the Unicaja Foundation. Our project ‘Pastoreo Vivo’ has been one of the initiatives selected this year in the call for Environment of the institution. Thanks to their support we are launching this mentoring programme - learning and transmission of theoretical and practical knowledge in sustainable livestock management.

To this end, we are looking for three committed people with a vocation in the sector, who will benefit from an apprenticeship in livestock farming together with compulsory complementary training in the field. We are looking for professionals who are eager to share their knowledge and experience and host a person with a scholarship for nine months, with economic compensation.
